Exchanges and Returns

Want to return something? You can return it (at your own expense) to the address below within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Please register the items you wish to return through your account.

Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned. You can find these under the personalized category.

The reusable balloon garlands can only be returned if they are not inflated and are still in the packaging bag.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to directly exchange an item for another. If you'd like a different color, size, or even a completely different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the item you don't like.

If your package is returned due to an incorrectly entered address or refused at the door, we will charge a return and handling fee (€6.95 in the Netherlands, €8.95 in Belgium, €12.95 in Germany). For large packages such as furniture, the fee is €54.95.
